Whipped Cream & Jello

Serves 4

Prep Time: 20 min.

Cook Time: 1 hr.


  • 1cup organic heavy whipping cream
  • 3Tbsp organic beef gelatin powder
  • 2scoops sugar free electrolytes (Redmond relyte)


  1. Boil 1 cup of water. Pour 1/2 cup of water into a shallow dish and add the electrolytes in and mix.
  2. Gently sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface of the electrolyte and water mixture, and let it sit to bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the gelatin has bloomed pour the boiled water in the mixture and stir to remove any clumps. Refrigerate until the jello solidifies (1-2 hours).
  4. Pour the heavy whipping cream, into a bowl and, using an electric hand mixer, beat until stiff. place on top of the ready jello.


Enjoy it as it is! You can also add spices to the jello if you wish, and if tolerated.
