Turkey Crust Keto Pizza

Ingredients
For the crust:
- 24oz ground turkey
- 1egg
- 3Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 3Tbsp cream cheese, full fat
- 2tsp dried Italian spice blend, or 2 Tbsp. fresh herbs, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: Black olives, bell peppers, salami, pepperoni, etc.
For the pizza:
- 1/2 cup cup sugar-free marinara
- 1cup whole milk mozzarella, shredded
- Fresh basil and/or arugula, chopped or torn
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.Combine all ingredients and press into the baking sheet to form a crust.
- Over medium-high heat, in a large saute pan, place half the butter with the bacon.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked through.
- Spread sauce, then add cheese.
- Top with fresh basil and/or arugula.
- Let cool 10 minutes.
