We are a small but mighty keto coaching team, ready to guide the way to a healthier you!
Myckenzie is a firm believer in taking a "food as medicine" approach to health. With a background in functional fitness and yoga, she is well versed in the keto way of eating and also interested in connections between lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health.
Myckenzie is a go-to resource for her inner circle of friends and full of compassion for the extended Senza family. She provides meal planning advice, creates tasty low-carb recipes, and keeps the Vegetarian Keto suggestions coming each week. When not interacting with the Senza community, she can be found playing with her two pups or baking healthy treats.
Karlie is a nutrition specialist with broad experience applying naturopathic principles to family medicine. She received a Masters in Naturopathic Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2017.
An aspiring gardener and avid trail runner, Karlie focuses her private practice on performance nutrition for female endurance athletes and optimal women’s health. For the Senza community, she creates nutrient-dense meal plans, suggests amazing new paleo/dairy-free recipes each week, and helps our new and experienced app users fine-tune their approaches to keto. Idalia believes that food should make you feel good. She joined the Senza coaching team in 2022 to provide in-language content, coaching, and support to our Spanish-speaking community members. (See Ayuda en Español for FAQs in Spanish.)She also is managing Senza's social channels on Instagram and Facebook and curating recipes for the Keto Onramp channel in our mobile app. Idalia has a degree in Exercise and Wellness from BYU and previous experience teaching as an indoor cycling instructor. She loves to create and share healthy recipes on her lifestyle blog @idaliafpritt.
Nikki Goth Itoi
As a Senza cofounder, Nikki curates all of the keto and fasting content presented in the Senza app, on The Planet Keto Blog, and across our social channels. She manages the Senza coaching team as well as our keto-only online store, Planet Keto.
A writer and strategic communications consultant, Nikki has more than a decade of personal experience following various low-carb/whole food ways of eating - including paleo, keto, and the autoimmune protocol (AIP). She dabbles in container gardening and loves to seek out local specialty ingredients. As mom of two teens, she spends a lot of time in the Senza test kitchen, reinventing old favorites to be both keto-friendly and kid-approved.
How Senza Coaching Works
Senza coaches are available seven days a week to answer questions submitted through the coaching window in the app. We can help you learn the basics of keto and fasting, and we provide tips for using popular features to plan and track your keto journey. Meal planning assistance can be requested on the Order page in exchange for points. Points are earned as you use the app to log, share, and monitor your progress. For additional guidance, small group classes and 1:1 coaching services are available from our Planet Keto store.
