Easiest Ground Beef Tacos

Cook Time: 25 min.


  • 2lbs ground beef
  • 2packets sugar-free taco seasoning, such as Primal Palate brand or homemade
  • 1avocado, sliced
  • 1head Boston lettuce or iceberg
  • 1/4cup water, if needed


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the meat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water.
  3. Simmer 15 minutes.

To Plate

Serve in lettuce cups with sliced avocado. Or, instead of lettuce, serve with low-carb tortillas or homemade cheese taco shells, or prepare as taco bowls over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and/or cilantro.
