Directions
Cut and prepare the veggies and chicken, then layer onto a barbecue skewer as desired.
Lay prepared skewers out on a plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder, turning to season both sides.
Grill at medium heat, for about 8-10 minutes on both sides - or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the kabobs from the grill and split into two servings. Enjoy!
Variations
Add cherry tomatoes, herbs, zucchini, olives, or other keto-friendly veggies to mix it up! Or, try different spice combinations like Italian blend or season salt.
